There’s now several pictures, eyewitness accounts, and the shooter’s own admission in place, but AAP still appears to be hiding evidence that one of their members carried out the Shaheen Bagh shooting.
AAP leader Kuldeep Kumar has deleted his tweet which contained a picture of Kapil Gujjar, who last week fired 2 shots at Shaheen Bagh. The tweet, published on 4th May 2019, clearly mentioned Gaja Singh, the father of Shaheen Bagh shooter Kapil Gujjar, as having joined the Aam Aadmi Party in the presence of senior leader Atishi Marlena. The tweet also contained pictures of Gaja Singh and Kapil Gujjar wearing Aam Aadmi Party caps.

While the tweet was deleted some time after news broke that Kapil Gujjar was a card-carrying member of the Aam Aadmi Party, its archived version can still be found here: http://archive.fo/99CFa
In one of the pictures, Kapil Gujjar can be seen standing in the background along with AAP leader Atishi Marlena.

In addition, AAP’s own website still contains the news item where it was reported that Kapil Gujjar and his father had joined the Aam Aadmi Party.

While there is now irrefutable evidence that an official Aam Aadmi Party member carried out the Shaheen Bagh shooting, AAP continues to deny its role in the matter– Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has since said that the entire matter was a “conspiracy hatched by Amit Shah.”
